prayer walk

Today we applied what xinni teach us during the pioneering unit meet on 15th Sep2011. Our LG(Lestari Pris Qin Ning Joan Seng Kim) went to SAA for prayer walk. Really thank God for being so promptly in providing us with a place to pray and prepare out hearts before we head of to bring begin to pray. Level 3 of the building is a church but is usually lock, and today, we pressed level 3 to see and realise there are people in there today so we went to "try" and see if we can borrow their place for awhile to pray. Really can feel the warmth of how spiritual family are so helpful. God really thank you.

Joan sengkim and I started off from level 2. We prayed for the lecturers of the school because they definitely are the ones that will surely have an impact on the students. Lord how amazing it is that both group actually prayed specifically for the same group of people. 

When we went to level 4 and pray, Joan sengkim and i took one roll each to pray for when we were in the self study room. I was thinking, Lord, You put one church in the middle of the building, for? I donno if it is like this but i was reminded that when you light up the lamp, you put it on the highest place to shine off your light, therefore a church is build right in the middle of the building definitely to shine your light too lord. Because it is in the middle of the building it will be able to give equal brightness to the whole building, am I right to say so?

And when I was sitting by myself, I wrote down the prayer I made in that particular room, in the particular seat.(I purposely choose to sit in the very middle too. I know I am not able, but I am willing Lord)

Here is my prayer:

Lord,I really want to pray for the people over here in this room. I pray that though they are busying revising and mugging, working very hard to gain knowledge and wisdom, Lord may you give them the knowledge that You are real Lord may you show them the real wisdom that they need is not found in any of the books they are reading now, but found only in the bible. Lord may you show them that working hard for what will be taken away one day eventually will be nothing as compared to working hard to gain Your smile. 

Lord I pray also for the believers in this room, that they will not only do well academically but also spiritually, and also doing well to shine for you lord, all glories be to you. Lord, remind them to yearn for more of you, to do Your will. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 

Lord, each and everyone in this room writes a different story, they come from everywhere of the earth, Lord I believe they are here not by coincidence. Lord use me to do what You want me to do. 

Lord all the strength they have, the energy they have will be used up, but Lord I pray that one day they will come to realize it is only possible to do all things with You in their life; they will be living their live that You have given to them to the fullest with You living in them, in their life. Lord I pray that You can use all believers possible, to associate to them and their needs, here, in this foreign land. Lord I pray that I can be a vessel to be use by you to bring them closer to You. Lord I am not doing the work but You are, through me. 

Lord I thank you for doing the work. Lord I thank you for opening up the doors of different people's heart. Lord I uphold all these unto Your hands. I thank you in advance for the work that You will be doing in me and through me Lord. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

After the prayer walk, we went to have dinner as we fast and pray from dinner. There is this aunty who came and sell tissue and all of us didn't buy. I have got no more cash so I didn't buy. None of us bought so she scolded us. ok I seriously felt guilty. Lord if it is You, what will you do?

Lord at times I really find it tiring to love people that keeps disturbing me. Lord yes I can take jokes, but times and times I really can't take it anymore Lord. Lord may I grow in the areas of patience.
